Managing a design team

Over the past year, Iโ€™ve led the design team on Sky Italiaโ€™s most important project. I managed up to 15 designers specialised in user research, UX, UI, content, and accessibility.

Watching the team grow, as individuals and as a team and learning how to collaborate efficiently with business and tech stakeholders, stands out as one of the most meaningful parts of my career so far.
